80ph Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 80ph ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all aspects of your access to and use of the 80ph online gaming platform available at 80ph.bet and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

80ph operates as an online gaming platform under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which is the principal gaming regulatory body in the Philippines. By creating an account, logging into an existing account, or using any feature of the 80ph platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and promotional features — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be legally bound by its terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 80ph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 80ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register player accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that using the platform does not violate the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 80ph platform or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operation.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Any submission of false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

By completing the registration form and creating a 80ph account, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. You agree to notify 80ph promptly if any of your registration information changes or if you become ineligible to hold an account.

Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 80ph platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account — whether under your own name or any other name — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 80ph account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

80ph will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you receive a communication purporting to be from 80ph asking for your password or full financial details, treat it as fraudulent and contact 80ph support immediately at [email protected].

You may close your 80ph account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and these Terms. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 80ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 80ph accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed within the 80ph cashier section.

The minimum deposit on 80ph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are published within the cashier. Deposits are credited to your 80ph account balance upon successful confirmation from the respective payment provider. GCash deposits are typically reflected near-instantly under normal network conditions.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 80ph account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 80ph is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law and may request documentation to verify the source of funds where deposits are unusually large or patterns of activity raise concern.

• 80ph does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• 80ph is not liable for any delays in crediting your account caused by delays on the part of the payment provider or network infrastructure.
• If a deposit is made in error or a payment is declined after funds have been debited from your account, contact 80ph support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

80ph offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to its players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, you must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — for example, slots may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while table games contribute a lower percentage.

80ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted by a player and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of acceptance.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawn bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time through the 80ph cashier. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed verification, 80ph may require you to submit identification documents before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with standard AML practice. If the original payment method is unavailable, 80ph will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative, subject to verification requirements.

• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed promptly. Processing times may vary depending on volumes and bank processing schedules.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard interbank processing times within the Philippines.
• 80ph reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds. In such cases, processing may take longer while checks are completed.
• Withdrawals requested within 48 hours of a first deposit from a new payment method may be subject to a mandatory security review period.

Any withdrawal request found to involve funds derived from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms may be voided. 80ph cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where financial crime is suspected.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 80ph platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, through live dealer studios with independently audited dealing procedures. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games are available within the respective game information panels.

Game-specific rules for all titles — including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are available within the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing. Placing a bet constitutes your agreement to the specific rules of that game.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, 80ph will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue in a fair manner. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure and the game state cannot be recovered, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account. 80ph's decision in matters of game disputes is final, subject to escalation through the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 80ph platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where criminal activity is suspected:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to poker, bingo, or live dealer games.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Impersonating any other person, including other players or 80ph staff members.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or interfering with the platform's security infrastructure in any way.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 80ph staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or irregular betting in relation to sports events.

80ph employs real-time monitoring systems across all game types and transaction activity. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate action without prior warning. If you become aware of any prohibited conduct by another player, report it to 80ph support at [email protected].

Responsible Gaming

80ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that online gaming should be a form of entertainment enjoyed safely and within the player's means. In line with PAGCOR regulations and our own standards, 80ph provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 80ph platform — including but not limited to the 80ph brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 80ph or its licensed game and content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 80ph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of 80ph.

Any unauthorised use of 80ph's intellectual property — including but not limited to reproducing the 80ph logo, platform interface, or game content on third-party websites or social media without permission — may constitute a breach of intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 80ph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 80ph account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

80ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming time, or any damages resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the platform.

80ph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions (including payment provider outages), and events beyond 80ph's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 80ph will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance.

Privacy & Data

80ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the 80ph Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have in relation to your personal data.

By registering an account on 80ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to 80ph verifying your identity with third-party verification services and, where required by PAGCOR or Philippine law, sharing your account information with regulatory authorities.

Amendments to These Terms

80ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 80ph will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice within the platform. The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 80ph platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 80ph support.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable provisions of the Civil Code, the E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and regulations issued by PAGCOR in relation to online gaming operations.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 80ph platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to first contact 80ph support to seek an informal resolution. 80ph is committed to responding to and resolving player complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. PAGCOR, as the regulatory authority overseeing 80ph's operations in the Philippines, maintains oversight of platform-player disputes that cannot be settled directly.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
